Catering

Creolaise Catering is the exclusive caterer for Creolaise Ballroom.   No outside food is may be brought in.  Minimum 25 people.

Cakes can be brought into an event.  There is no extra charge to cut and serve cakes.

Staff will be provided for the event according to the following guidelines:

  • Buffet – 1 server per 30 guests or any portion thereof
  • Seated Meal – 1 server  per every 20 guests or any portion thereof
  • Bar – 1 bartender per every 75 guests or any portion thereof

Action Station – 1 attendant per every 75 guests or any portion thereof.

There is a $300 minimum for Cash Bar Service.

Bartender rate is $125.00 each for a 4 hour event.

Attendant rate is $125.00 for each Action Station.

An Event Manager is provide at no additional charge.

Linen in black and white is available at an additional charge.

Fees

The rental fee is due with the return of the signed rental agreement. The date of the event is not reserved until this payment and the signed rental agreement are received.

Twenty-one (21) days prior to the event date the balance for catering, security and damage deposit is due.

Security Deposit and Damage Policy

Creolaise Ballroom is not responsible for any items lost or stolen left unattended at the premises. The client is responsible for any damages to the building, facilities, equipment grounds and property incurred by the client and/or their guests. A $300 security deposit payable by cash or check is due when the final balance is paid and will be refunded 5 to 10 days following an event, if there is no damage to the facility or excessive charges from cleaning or staff overtime.
